Overgrown grass which cannot have been cut for weeks, majority pitches are long term and occupied by Very aged and rundown caravans. The only saving grace for a score of 2 was the sanitary block which was fairly modern and clean. General attitude of staff was not great. Overall was the worst site we have stayed in, in 3 months of travel in Europe. We had booked and paid for 5 nights but left after one. To sum up it was a bit like staying at an overgrown allotment site.

The reception dont understand a clue english if you talk to the wrong employee. Thats so weird when you are supposed to be a tourist destination. On the other hand, the new sanitary buildings was modern and clean. Other places there was just a container. There was a drinking tap on almost every spot. A little bit outside the area the camping had arranged some foodtrucks and drink where you could sit in some huts or benches. very popular. There is a lot of permanent campers

I cannot fully rate this as we only stopped by after passing through. But we did get to enjoy the coaster and so worth it! Family of 4 they had the 29€ for 10 tickets to the coaster better deal. Eventhough, we only rode twice so only used 8 of them but it was again the vest deal. It looks like an amazing place to camp out , the two restaurant look great and they have water sports that definitely has us wanting to go back one day. Until then I can only rate it this but will definitely be back and will update. Type this hotel (as pictured) for driving directions as we parked at the bottom and hicked up 8min hike with no problem!!

Very bad behaviour owners. I DO NOT recommend you to go there!!! They allow to some people to park in a public area

The camping was probably full, but the reception was closed already 18:30, and by phoning the only telephone number on the reception door, I was told that the reception was closed. Bad service.

Area for tents: very dirty, full of pieces of rubish and cigarettes, and just behind a garbage dump spot. Very noisy. Not nice for families with children.

Probably good for round-the-year campers and big caravans… from the perspective of minimalist van campers: - way too full, too loud, too crowded - despite the beautiful surroundings and the lake inside the camping, the place isn’t nice or charming. - some of the sanitary facilities were “ok” others weren’t. - you need a magnetic card to drive in and out. We stayed for a night and didn’t get it. Had to wait until they opened the barrier so we could leave… felt a bit like being in a cage. The place isn’t necessarly bad, many will find it just right. It’s just different way of camping.

I was recommended this from a friend, but I was a little disappointed. Although on all the site maps and website dogs allowed everwhere on the line , to find out that the policies have changed and not allowed at the main Sandy lake which is why we came. What do we do all day now with the dog.....? Not enough washrooms for the size of the camp and very shabby. The lake in the campsite almost exclusively for full time campers.
